Dual-source Computed Tomography%Heart Computed Tomography Angiography%Fatty Change of Ventricular Muscle
目的:利用双源CT探讨生理性心室肌脂肪化的影响因素。方法排除一些原发性心脏疾病共纳入887例受试者,将心室肌分为9个部位,对心肌进行脂肪化评分,同时记录每位患者的临床资料。并用相应的统计方法进行统计分析,p<0.05差异有统计学意义。结果887例患者当中,有204(204/887,23.0%)例出现心室肌脂肪化,右心室心肌脂肪化发生率明显大于左心室(168/204,82.4%)。平均脂肪积分为2.7±3.2,生理性心肌脂肪化好发于女性(P<0.0001),年龄大于65岁(P=0.0109)、BMI≥25 kg/m2(P=0.0119)及高血压的患者(P=0.0135)。结论双源CT可以很好的探测到生理性脂肪化的心肌,女性、年龄≥65、BMI≥25、高血压是导致心室肌生理性脂肪化的主要因素。

목적:이용쌍원CT탐토생이성심실기지방화적영향인소。방법배제일사원발성심장질병공납입887례수시자,장심실기분위9개부위,대심기진행지방화평분,동시기록매위환자적림상자료。병용상응적통계방법진행통계분석,p<0.05차이유통계학의의。결과887례환자당중,유204(204/887,23.0%)례출현심실기지방화,우심실심기지방화발생솔명현대우좌심실(168/204,82.4%)。평균지방적분위2.7±3.2,생이성심기지방화호발우녀성(P<0.0001),년령대우65세(P=0.0109)、BMI≥25 kg/m2(P=0.0119)급고혈압적환자(P=0.0135)。결론쌍원CT가이흔호적탐측도생이성지방화적심기,녀성、년령≥65、BMI≥25、고혈압시도치심실기생이성지방화적주요인소。
Objective To study the related influential factors of physiological fatty change of ventricular muscle by dual-source computed tomography (CT). Methods 887 cases without primary heart diseases were enrolled. The ventricle muscle was divided into 9 parts, and the fatty change of ventricular muscle and clinical information of patients was scored and statistically analyzed by relative statistical method. p<0.05 was considered as the standard for judging statistically significant. Results We observed myocardial fatty change in 204(204/887,23.0%) patients. The muscle fatty change incidence of right ventricle was obviously higher than the left ventricle(168/204, 82.4%). The average fat score was 2.7±3.2. Physiological myocardial fatty change had a prediction to involve female(P<0.0001), more than 65 years old(P=0.0109), BMI ≥25(P=0.0119), and HBP patients(P=0.0135). Conclusion Physiological myocardial fatty change can be well detected by dual-source CT. The main factors of myocardial fatty change were female,≥65 years old, BMI≥25 and HBP.
