目的:探讨核磁共振在肛周感染性疾病中的诊断价值。方法利用西门子公司3.0T核磁共振扫描仪,对我院2010年12月至2013年6月收治的60例拟诊肛周感染患者进行检查,依据病变位置、特征及MR图像进行分型,并与手术结果进行对照。结果 MR诊断单纯肛周软组织炎7例,单纯肛周脓肿7例,高位脓肿16例,复合脓肿30例,发现脓肿内口45个,与手术结果比较,MRI对脓肿符合率为100%,瘘管的符合率93.75%。对于脓肿及脓肿内口诊断MR诊断与术前肛诊有统计学意义。结论 MR对肛周感染性病变术前能准确诊断,特别是对于脓腔及脓肿内口诊断,为临床治疗方法的选择提供重要信息,具有很高的临床价值。

목적:탐토핵자공진재항주감염성질병중적진단개치。방법이용서문자공사3.0T핵자공진소묘의,대아원2010년12월지2013년6월수치적60례의진항주감염환자진행검사,의거병변위치、특정급MR도상진행분형,병여수술결과진행대조。결과 MR진단단순항주연조직염7례,단순항주농종7례,고위농종16례,복합농종30례,발현농종내구45개,여수술결과비교,MRI대농종부합솔위100%,루관적부합솔93.75%。대우농종급농종내구진단MR진단여술전항진유통계학의의。결론 MR대항주감염성병변술전능준학진단,특별시대우농강급농종내구진단,위림상치료방법적선택제공중요신식,구유흔고적림상개치。
Objective To explore the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in the diagnosis of anorectal infectious diseases. Methods Sixty patients who were suspected of anorectal infectious diseases were performed with Siemens 3.0T MRI from December 2010 to July 2013. The typing of focuses were based on the location, characteristics and MR images, and the results were compared to the surgical results. Results 7 cases were diagnosed with simple perianal soft tissue infection, 7 cases with simple perianal abscess, 16 cases with deep anorectal abscess, and 30 cases with complex abscesses. 45 internal openings were diagnosed. The diagnostic coincident rate of abscess and fistula by MR was 100% and 93.75% compared with surgical results. precision for detecting abscesses was 100% respectively. There were significant differences in the diagnosis rate of internal openings between MRI and anus examination. Conclusion MRI can diagnose anorectal infectious diseases accurately, particularly in the diagnosis of abscesses and internal openings. It provides great clinical value for the treatment.
