利用star ccm+软件,通过有限元仿真,对海马公司某款汽车4个工况的发动机舱散热性能进行仿真模拟。根据流场计算结果对发动机缸体及排气歧管等高热源件周围的流场细节进行分析并提出优化方案,最后通过实车热平衡试验与仿真结果进行对比。结果表明,仿真模拟具有足够精度,可为研发过程节省试验费用,并缩短研发周期。

Underhood heat dissipation was simulated for a car model from Haima Auto in four operating modes with FE simulation by software star ccm+. According to result of flow field calculation, flow field specifics around some heat generating parts like engine cylinder block and exhaust manifold, etc., were analyzed and an optimization program was proposed, finally vehicle heat balance test was carried out, the results of which were compared with simulation results. The results show that the simulation has sufficient precision, can save test cost during R&D process and shorten development cycle.
