针对当前市场中双中间轴变速器副箱寿命低的情况进行分析和研究,在新开发的双中间轴变速器中采用斜齿轮传动机构,并对齿轮进行修形解决了偏载问题,同时解决了斜齿轮传动带来的对齿问题、轴向力带来的轴承和壳体问题,从而提高了副箱的承载能力。本文研究成果经过试验验证已经转化为产品批量生产。
針對噹前市場中雙中間軸變速器副箱壽命低的情況進行分析和研究,在新開髮的雙中間軸變速器中採用斜齒輪傳動機構,併對齒輪進行脩形解決瞭偏載問題,同時解決瞭斜齒輪傳動帶來的對齒問題、軸嚮力帶來的軸承和殼體問題,從而提高瞭副箱的承載能力。本文研究成果經過試驗驗證已經轉化為產品批量生產。

To address the problem of low service life of double countershaft rangebox in the market, we made analysis and research and adopted helical gear transmission in the newly developed double countershaft transmission, and modified gear profile to eliminate unbalanced loading, which also solved the problems of poor gear alignment caused by helical gear transmission, bearing and housing deficiencies caused by axial force, which improved loading capacity of rangebox. Achievement of this study has been tested and verified and put into volume production.
