基于塑性成形原理推导相应的抗拉力与抗剪力的理论计算公式,利用有限元软件Deform对5052铝合金板材的铆接过程进行数值模拟,并通过设计相应的试验装置和不同参数的铆接试验加以验证。结果表明,模拟所得颈厚值N和嵌入量U与试验值相吻合。铆接试验的抗拉力与抗剪力与理论计算值相吻合。

Some theoretical calculation formulae for tensile resistance and shear resistance were derived based on plastic forming principle; then the finite element software Deform was used to numerically simulate the riveting process of 5052 aluminum alloy sheet; and then the verification was carried out by designing corresponding experimental device and riveting experiment under different parameters. The result shows that the simulated neck thickness values“N”and embedding quantities“U”agree well with experimental values;and the tensile resistance and shear resistance from riveting experiment correspond to the theoretical calculation values.
