通过在河南某粮食储备库进行实仓诱捕试验,研究了碎麦提取物与锈赤扁谷盗(Cry p to-lestes ferrugineus)、锯谷盗(Oryzaephilus surinamensis)和赤拟谷盗(Tribolium castaneum)信息素混合诱捕储粮害虫的效果。结果表明,碎麦提取物对书虱具有很好的诱捕效果,在2000μL剂量下,对房式仓和站台仓中书虱的诱捕数量分别达到257.7、325.0头,由于书虱基数较大,碎麦提取物诱捕害虫总数稍多于碎麦提取物与昆虫信息素的混合引诱剂。对于除书虱外的其他害虫种类,混合引诱剂无论在房式仓还是站台仓中的诱捕效果都超过了单独使用昆虫信息素或碎麦提取物,且随着剂量的增加诱捕数量呈上升趋势。在500、1000、2000μL剂量下,混合引诱剂在房式仓中诱捕害虫总数分别达到153.0、196.3、262.7头,在站台仓中诱捕害虫总数分别达260.0、296.5、348.8头,多数情况下与碎麦提取物无显著差异。结果进一步证明,食物引诱剂及其挥发性物质能加强信息素对害虫的诱捕监测作用。

In this paper ,the trapping effect of the extracts from shredded wheat mixed with phero-mone of Cryptolestes ferrugineus ,Oryzaephilus surinamensis and Tribolium castaneum on stored grain insects was studied in one of the grain warehouses in Henan .As a result ,the cracked wheat extracts showed good trapping effect to booklice ,with the trapping number of 257 .7 and 325 .0 respectively in warehouse and platform warehouse under the dosage of 2 000 μL .Because of the larger base of booklice ,the total trapping number of pests by cracked wheat extracts slightly big-ger than that by the mixed attractant of cracked wheat extracts and insect pheromone .As for the other insect species ,the mixed attractant showed better trapping effect both in warehouse and platform warehouse ,compared with cracked wheat extracts or insect pheromone alone ,and the trapping number increased with the increase of dosage .Under the dosage of 500 ,1 000 ,2 000 μL , the total trapping number of pests by the mixed attractant was 153 .0 ,196 .3 ,262 .7 respectively in warehouse ,and 260 .0 ,296 .5 ,348 .8 in platform warehouse ,showing no significant difference from the cracked wheat extracts alone in most cases .The experimental results further demonstrate that food attractant and its volatile substances can strengthen the trapping and monitoring effect of pheromone on pests .
