黑点病是南疆骏枣上发生的一种新的真菌性病害，为了明确该病害的空间分布信息，采用聚集度指标法、线性回归法对其空间分布型进行研究。结果表明，该病害的空间分布型为聚集分布，分布的基本成分为个体群，个体间相互吸引。分析聚集原因，12个枣园的聚集均数λ均大于2，表明聚集分布与病原菌自身的聚集行为和环境因素有关。另外，应用Iw ao统计方法，得出了最适理论抽样数模型和最佳序贯抽样模型。

Black spot disease is a kind of new fungal disease w hich happened to Jun-jujube in sou-then Xinjiang .In order to reveal the spatial distribution of the disease ,the spatial distribution pat-tern was studied by using aggregation index method and linear regression method .The results in-dicated that its spatial distribution pattern was aggregation distribution ,and the basic component was individual group ,with individuals attracting each other .Aggregation averages of twelve ju-jube orchards were more than 2 ,which indicated that aggregation distribution was connected with the combined effects of pathogen own aggregation behavior and environmental factors .Using Iwao’s statistical methods ,models to determine the optimal theoretical sampling number and the optimal sequential sampling number were presented .
