随着电网的发展和大容量机组的接入,乌昌地区220 kV系统短路容量已成为影响电网安全稳定运行的主要问题。在采用高阻抗变压器、分层分区等限流措施基础上,根据不同阶段的网架特点,进一步采取开断线路、加装串联电抗器、更换开关等方法来有效限制短路电流水平,并结合该地区自身特点给出了具体的实施方案。

Following development of power grid and large capacity machine units connected-in Urmuqi-Changji area, 220 kV system short circuit capacity has become a main problem of impact on power grid safety and stability of operation. On the basis of adopting high-impedance transformers, layer making and zone making etc current restrictive measures, according to grid frame characteristics of different stages, the meth-ods including breaking lines, installing series reactors, changing switchgears etc. were adopted further to effectively restrict short circuit current level. Combined with the area itself features, this paper gave the concrete implementation plan.
