目的：比较针灸和手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法：将68例患者随机分为针灸组和手法组，针灸组采用针灸疗法，手法组采用推拿手法治疗，比较两组临床疗效，并根据WOMAC量表评分评价两组患者的活动功能、关节疼痛、僵硬等疗效指标。结果：针灸组总有效率高于手法组，WOMAC量表各指标评分均优于手法组（P<0.05）。结论：针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著，更有利于改善患者的关节僵硬、日常活动，值得临床推广应用。

목적：비교침구화수법치료슬관절골성관절염적료효。방법：장68례환자수궤분위침구조화수법조，침구조채용침구요법，수법조채용추나수법치료，비교량조림상료효，병근거WOMAC량표평분평개량조환자적활동공능、관절동통、강경등료효지표。결과：침구조총유효솔고우수법조，WOMAC량표각지표평분균우우수법조（P<0.05）。결론：침구치료슬관절골성관절염료효현저，경유리우개선환자적관절강경、일상활동，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To compare the effects of acupuncture and manipulation treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods:68 patients were randomly divid-ed into acupuncture group and massage group, acupuncture group with acupuncture therapy, massage group with treatment of manipulation, the clini-cal efficacy and motion function, joint pain, stiffness and others according to the WOMAC score of two groups were compared and evaluated. Re-sults:The efficacy and all indexes in WOMAC scale of acupuncture group were all superior to those of massage group (P<0.05). Conclusion:There is obvious efficacy on acupuncture treating knee osteoarthritis, which is better at improving joint stiffness and daily activity of patients, being worthy of clinical promotion and application.
