目的：观察密集型压痛点银质针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：将249例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用密集型压痛点银质针治疗，对照组采用针灸配合牵引治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为93.4%，高于对照组的77.9%（P<0.01）。结论：密集型压痛点银质针疗法是保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症实用有效的方法，具有疗效好、作用持久等优点，值得临床推广应用。

목적：관찰밀집형압통점은질침요법치료요추간반돌출증적료효。방법：장249례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，치료조채용밀집형압통점은질침치료，대조조채용침구배합견인치료，관찰량조림상료효。결과：치료조총유효솔위93.4%，고우대조조적77.9%（P<0.01）。결론：밀집형압통점은질침요법시보수치료요추간반돌출증실용유효적방법，구유료효호、작용지구등우점，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of silver needle therapy of intensive tenderness points for lumbar disc herniation. Methods:249 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group treated by silver needle therapy of intensive tender-ness points, while the control group by acupuncture combined with traction, then observed the efficacy of two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.4%, which was higher than 77.9%of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Silver needle therapy of intensive tender-ness points is a practical and effective conservative treatment for lumbar disc herniation, it has advantages of good efficacy, lasting effect, etc, and de-serves clinical promotion and application.
