目的：观察腰硬膜外麻醉加曲安奈德封闭下推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：将96例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在腰硬膜外麻醉加曲安奈德封闭下行推拿治疗，对照组在腰椎牵引后行常规推拿治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为95.7%，高于对照组的77.6%（P<0.05）。结论：腰硬膜外麻醉加曲安奈德封闭下行推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有疗效好、治疗时间短、患者痛苦少、恢复快等优点。

목적：관찰요경막외마취가곡안내덕봉폐하추나치료요추간반돌출증적료효。방법：장96례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，치료조재요경막외마취가곡안내덕봉폐하행추나치료，대조조재요추견인후행상규추나치료，관찰량조림상료효。결과：치료조총유효솔위95.7%，고우대조조적77.6%（P<0.05）。결론：요경막외마취가곡안내덕봉폐하행추나치료요추간반돌출증구유료효호、치료시간단、환자통고소、회복쾌등우점。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of massage with lumbar epidural anesthesia and block therapy of triamcinolone acetonide treating lum-bar disc herniation. Methods:96 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group adopted massage with lum-bar epidural anesthesia and block therapy of triamcinolone acetonide, control group received routine massage after lumbar traction, to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.7%, higher than that of control group by 77.6%(P<0.05). Conclusion:Massage with lumbar epidural anesthesia and block therapy of triamcinolone acetonide treating lumbar disc herniation has the advantag-es of good curative effects, short treatment time, little pain, rapid recovery and so on.
