目的：探讨小儿推拿疗法治疗痉挛型脑瘫的效果。方法：54例痉挛型脑瘫患儿主要应用小儿推拿疗法。结果：临床治愈4例，显效30例，有效16例，无效4例，总有效率92.6%。结论：小儿推拿疗法治疗痉挛型脑瘫临床效果显著，是治疗小儿脑瘫的好方法，值得推广。

목적：탐토소인추나요법치료경련형뇌탄적효과。방법：54례경련형뇌탄환인주요응용소인추나요법。결과：림상치유4례，현효30례，유효16례，무효4례，총유효솔92.6%。결론：소인추나요법치료경련형뇌탄림상효과현저，시치료소인뇌탄적호방법，치득추엄。
Objective:To investigate the effects of infantile massage therapy on spastic cerebral palsy. Methods:54 cases of children with spastic cere-bral palsy were mainly treated with infantile massage. Results:4 cases were cured, 30 cases markedly effective, 16 cases valid and 4 cases ineffec-tive, the total efficiency was 92.6%. Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of infantile massage therapy on spastic cerebral palsy is significant, which is a good method for infantile cerebral palsy and worthy of promotion.
