目的：观察补肾活血方治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效和安全性。方法：肾虚血瘀型原发性骨质疏松症患者61例应用补肾活血方治疗6个月，观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果：所有患者未见实验室检查异常，中医证候积分显著下降，总有效率为95.1%，不良反应发生率为4.92%。结论：补肾活血方治疗原发性骨质疏松症临床疗效显著，用药安全性较高。
目的：觀察補腎活血方治療原髮性骨質疏鬆癥的臨床療效和安全性。方法：腎虛血瘀型原髮性骨質疏鬆癥患者61例應用補腎活血方治療6箇月，觀察臨床療效及不良反應。結果：所有患者未見實驗室檢查異常，中醫證候積分顯著下降，總有效率為95.1%，不良反應髮生率為4.92%。結論：補腎活血方治療原髮性骨質疏鬆癥臨床療效顯著，用藥安全性較高。
목적：관찰보신활혈방치료원발성골질소송증적림상료효화안전성。방법：신허혈어형원발성골질소송증환자61례응용보신활혈방치료6개월，관찰림상료효급불량반응。결과：소유환자미견실험실검사이상，중의증후적분현저하강，총유효솔위95.1%，불량반응발생솔위4.92%。결론：보신활혈방치료원발성골질소송증림상료효현저，용약안전성교고。
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of reinforcing kidney and activating blood prescription for primary osteoporosis. Methods:61 cases of patients with primary osteoporosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were all treated by reinforcing kidney and activating blood prescription for 6 months, then observed the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results:All patients had no abnormality of laboratory examinations, the TCM syndrome scores had significantly decreased and the total effective rate was 95.1%, the occurrence rate of adverse reactions was 4.92%. Con-clusion:Reinforcing kidney and activating blood prescription has significant curative effect on primary osteoporosis and high safety for medication.
