目的：分析幼儿反复下呼吸道感染（RLRTI）的危险因素。方法选择新疆医科大学第一附属医院儿科收治的123例反复下呼吸道感染幼儿为 RLRTI组，取同期117例非反复呼吸道感染幼儿作为对照组，对可能影响反复下呼吸道感染的因素进行单因素分析和 Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析显示 IgA、IgG、营养不良、过敏体质、合并基础疾病及非正规治疗6个因素与幼儿反复下呼吸道感染相关（P ＜0．05）；Logistic回归分析显示IgA、营养不良、过敏体质及合并基础疾病是幼儿反复下呼吸道感染的独立危险因素（P ＜0．05）。结论提高幼儿免疫力、合理膳食加强营养、减少与过敏物质接触并及早治疗基础疾病可减少幼儿反复下呼吸道感染的发生。
목적：분석유인반복하호흡도감염（RLRTI）적위험인소。방법선택신강의과대학제일부속의원인과수치적123례반복하호흡도감염유인위 RLRTI조，취동기117례비반복호흡도감염유인작위대조조，대가능영향반복하호흡도감염적인소진행단인소분석화 Logistic회귀분석。결과단인소분석현시 IgA、IgG、영양불량、과민체질、합병기출질병급비정규치료6개인소여유인반복하호흡도감염상관（P ＜0．05）；Logistic회귀분석현시IgA、영양불량、과민체질급합병기출질병시유인반복하호흡도감염적독립위험인소（P ＜0．05）。결론제고유인면역력、합리선식가강영양、감소여과민물질접촉병급조치료기출질병가감소유인반복하호흡도감염적발생。
Objective To analyze the risk factors of recurrent lower respiratory tract infections in infants. Methods 123 infants with recurrent lower respiratory tract infections were analyzed retrospectively.117 patients with other diseases of respiratory tract infections were compared.Independent variables were ana-lyzed by univariate analysis and logistic regression to screen out the risk factors.Results Single factor a-nalysis was conducted for 6 risk factors.IgA,IgG,malnutrition,allergy,with basic diseases and Informal treatment were considered statistically significant (P <0.05).Logistic regression model analysis showed that IgA,malnutrition,allergy,and with basic diseases were the independent risk factors of recurrent lower respiratory tract infections (P <0.05).Conclusion Improving immunity in infants,suppling nutri-tious food,reducing the chance to contact allergies,and curing the basic diseases can decrease the incidence of recurrent lower respiratory tract infections.
