目的:建立昆仑雪菊中木犀草素的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱:Waters XBridge C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm),流动相 A:乙腈;B:2%冰醋酸;C:水;梯度洗脱程序:0 min,A∶B (15∶85);10 min,A∶B (20∶80);15 min,A∶B(35∶65);30 min,A∶B(15∶85),柱温35℃,检测波长350 nm,流速1.0 mL/min。结果木犀草素在0.1~1.0μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r =0.9999),平均回收率为94.90%,RSD为0.69%。结论该方法简便,结果准确,可以用于昆仑雪菊中木犀草素的含量测定。

목적:건립곤륜설국중목서초소적함량측정방법。방법채용반상고효액상색보법측정,색보주:Waters XBridge C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm),류동상 A:을정;B:2%빙작산;C:수;제도세탈정서:0 min,A∶B (15∶85);10 min,A∶B (20∶80);15 min,A∶B(35∶65);30 min,A∶B(15∶85),주온35℃,검측파장350 nm,류속1.0 mL/min。결과목서초소재0.1~1.0μg/mL농도범위내선성관계량호(r =0.9999),평균회수솔위94.90%,RSD위0.69%。결론해방법간편,결과준학,가이용우곤륜설국중목서초소적함량측정。
Objective To develop an HPLC method for the determination of the content of luteolin in Kun-lun chrysanthemum.Methods The content of luteolin in Kunlun chrysanthemum was determined by HPLC.The exact process was:column:Waters XBridge C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);mobile phase A:cetonitrile;B:2%glacial acetic acid(V/V),gradient elution:0 min,A∶B(15∶85);10 min,A∶B(20∶80);15 min,A∶B(35∶65);30 min,A∶B(15∶85);the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wave-length was at 350 nm,and the column temperature was 35℃.Results Linearity of luteolin was good in the range of 0.1~1μg/mL (r=0.999 9).The average recovery of luteolin was 94.90% with RSD 0.69%. Conclusion This method is convenient,accurate,and can be used to determine the content of luteolin in Kunlun chrysanthemum.
