目的:探讨18F-FDG PET-CT 显像对卵巢癌患者综合治疗后随访疗效分析及预后评估中的价值。方法回顾性分析68例确诊卵巢癌患者的临床、PET-CT 显像以及其它影像学资料。将患者分为无瘤生存者、带瘤生存者、肿瘤进展者及死亡者。通过研究患者 PET-CT 病灶数量及 SUV 等方式评价患者治疗效果,并与后期病理或长期临床随访进行比较。结果68例患者 PET-CT 显像未见肿瘤性病灶(阴性)为22例,显像发现肿瘤性病灶,即阳性患者46例。其平均SUV 为4.9±1.9(1.5~11.6),最大 SUV 为5.6±2.4(1.8~16.2)。18F-FDG PET-CT 显像在卵巢癌显像中灵敏度为93.0%,特异性55.6%,准确性96.9%。结论18F-FDG PET-CT 显像对于卵巢癌综合治疗后患者更为灵敏和特异的发现卵巢癌早期转移或复发病灶,较常规影像学更为准确。

Objective To discuss the value of 18F-FDG PET-CT imaging in the follow-up analysis and prognosis of ovarian cancer patients after treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical, PET-CT imaging and other imaging data of 68 patients diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Patients were divided into the disease-free survivors, the survivors with tumor, the tumor progression and the death. To evaluate the effect of the treatment of patients by studying the number of lesions and SUV of patients, and to compare the effect with the late pathology or long-term clinical follow-up results. Results 22 cases in 68 patients showed no tumor lesions (negative) in PET-CT imaging, and 46 cases in 68 patients showed tumor lesions (positive) in PET-CT imaging. The average SUV was 4.9 ± 1.9 (1.5-11.6) in PET-CT imaging, the maximum SUV was 5.6 ± 2.4 (1.8-16.2). The sensitivity of 18F-FDG PET-CT imaging in ovarian cancer imaging was 93.0%, the specificity was 55.6%, and the accuracy was 96.9%. Conclusions 18F-FDG PET-CT imaging was more accurate than conventional imaging, and more sensitive and specific in diagnosing early ovarian cancer metastatic or recurrent lesions for patients with ovarian cancer after treatment.
