The operation problems in the fine slag processing unit are the filter insufficient treatment capacity ,equipment high failure rate ,difficulty to handle the large quantity of fine slag ,high energy consumption , etc . After many tests and exploration , all gasified fine slag are recycled successfully . Not only the pressure filtration device operation is improved ,but also the economic efficiency is greatly improved .
