目的：不同的血液净化方法治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效。方法对我院2010年1月到2012年1月收治的66例尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者分为三组，血液灌流联合血液透析(HP+HD)组22例；高通量血液透析（HPD）组22例；常规血液透析（HD）组22例。结果3组患者治疗4周后，食欲、睡眠、皮肤瘙痒症状改善情况方面，HD+HP 及 HPD 组明显好于 HD 组，P <0.05差异有统计学意义。结论血液灌流联合血液透析和高通量透析治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒疗效确切、可靠，而常规血液透析不能缓解尿毒症皮肤瘙痒症状。

목적：불동적혈액정화방법치료뇨독증피부소양적림상료효。방법대아원2010년1월도2012년1월수치적66례뇨독증피부소양환자분위삼조，혈액관류연합혈액투석(HP+HD)조22례；고통량혈액투석（HPD）조22례；상규혈액투석（HD）조22례。결과3조환자치료4주후，식욕、수면、피부소양증상개선정황방면，HD+HP 급 HPD 조명현호우 HD 조，P <0.05차이유통계학의의。결론혈액관류연합혈액투석화고통량투석치료뇨독증피부소양료효학절、가고，이상규혈액투석불능완해뇨독증피부소양증상。
Objective the clinical therapeutic effects of different methods of blood purification treatment of uremic pruritus. Methods 66 patients with uremic pruritus patients in our hospital from 2010 January to 2012 January were divided into three group, hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis (HP+HD) group 22 cases; high flux hemodialysis (HPD) group 22 cases; conventional hemodialysis (HD) group of 22 cases. Results after 4 weeks treatment group 3 patients, appetite, sleep, skin itching symptoms to improve the situation, HD+HP and HPD group was significantly better in the HD group, there was statistically significant difference in P <0.05. Conclusion hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis and high flux hemodialysis in treatment of uremic pruritus curative effect is exact, reliable, and conventional hemodialysis can not relieve uremic pruritus symptom.
