目的:探讨延期妊娠并发羊水过少对母婴的影响。方法将2010年1月至2013年1月间我院住院分娩的126例延期妊娠孕妇分为羊水正常组(A 组)和羊水过少组(B 组)各63例,对其胎盘成熟度、胎心监测、分娩方式、分娩后羊水量、羊水浑浊程度、及胎儿出生后 Apgar 评分等进行对比分析。结果羊水过少组出现羊水粪染率、胎儿宫内窘迫率、新生儿窒息率及剖宫产率均明显高于羊水正常组。结论羊水是监测胎儿宫内缺氧及胎儿宫内环境的很可靠指标,延期妊娠孕妇并发羊水过少孕妇,应根据胎儿宫内反应情况,适时终止妊娠,对减少胎儿宫内缺氧情况的发生,降低围生儿死亡率有很重要的意义。

목적:탐토연기임신병발양수과소대모영적영향。방법장2010년1월지2013년1월간아원주원분면적126례연기임신잉부분위양수정상조(A 조)화양수과소조(B 조)각63례,대기태반성숙도、태심감측、분면방식、분면후양수량、양수혼탁정도、급태인출생후 Apgar 평분등진행대비분석。결과양수과소조출현양수분염솔、태인궁내군박솔、신생인질식솔급부궁산솔균명현고우양수정상조。결론양수시감측태인궁내결양급태인궁내배경적흔가고지표,연기임신잉부병발양수과소잉부,응근거태인궁내반응정황,괄시종지임신,대감소태인궁내결양정황적발생,강저위생인사망솔유흔중요적의의。
Objective to study the extension of pregnancy complicated with oligohydramnios effects on maternal and infant. Methods from January 2010 to January 2013 in our hospital 126 cases of delayed pregnancy pregnant women in childbirth between divided into normal amniotic fluid group and all the 63 cases of oligohydramnios group, the placenta after maturity, cardiac monitoring, delivery mode, delivery amount, amniotic fluid turbidity degree, and Apgar score after birth were analyzed. Results oligohydramnios group dyeing rate, rate of fetal distress, amniotic fluid dung rates of neonatal asphyxia and cesarean section were significantly higher than the normal amniotic fluid group.Conclusion amniotic fluid is monitoring fetal intrauterine anoxia and fetal intrauterine environment very reliable indicator, delayed pregnancy pregnant women with oligohydramnios pregnant women, should according to the fetal reaction conditions, timely termination of pregnancy, to reduce the occurrence of fetal intrauterine hypoxia condition, reduce the perinatal death rate has very important significance.
