The Qin'an tunnel is a key project of Baoji-Lanzhou passenger line and is considered as the I-level risk management tunnel. The 2# transverse hole is beneath the G310 national highway, so its construction is difficult, and the security risk is high. Through the summary of the integrated construction technologies of Qin'an tunnel beneath the G310 national highway, this paper provides some references for the construction technology of other tunnels beneath highway.
