目的：了解上海金桥社区60岁以上老年人的健康状况，为今后社区内老年人防病、治病及慢性病管理提供参考。方法对2617名受检者按规定的检查项目进行检查，并进行统一记录。结果2617名老年人各项项目正常者944人，占36.07％；检出各类项目异常者1663例，占63.55％。检出异常率排序是血脂、血压、心电图、尿酸、血糖。结论血脂和血压成为老年人健康的隐形杀手，改变生活习惯，提倡健康生活，增强自我保健意识，可使老年人有病早治、无病早防，提高晚年生活质量。
목적：료해상해금교사구60세이상노년인적건강상황，위금후사구내노년인방병、치병급만성병관리제공삼고。방법대2617명수검자안규정적검사항목진행검사，병진행통일기록。결과2617명노년인각항항목정상자944인，점36.07％；검출각류항목이상자1663례，점63.55％。검출이상솔배서시혈지、혈압、심전도、뇨산、혈당。결론혈지화혈압성위노년인건강적은형살수，개변생활습관，제창건강생활，증강자아보건의식，가사노년인유병조치、무병조방，제고만년생활질량。
Objective To understand the health condition of elderly people over 60 years old in Jinqiao Community of Shanghai, in order to provide the reference of prevention, treatment and management of chronic diseases for the elderly people in the community in future. Methods 2617 subjects were inspected according to the required inspection items, and recorded uniformity. Results In 2617 elderly people, there were 944 cases (36.07%) with normal inspection items, and 1663 cases (63.55%) with abnormal inspection items. The detection rate of abnormal was blood fat, blood pressure, ECG, uric acid, blood sugar in turn. Conclusion Blood fat and blood pressure become invisible killer for the elderly people health, changing lifestyle, promoting healthy life, strengthening self health care consciousness can make the elderly people early treatment and prevention, improve the quality of life.
