目的：探讨老年人生活质量问卷（CASP-19）的适用性。方法应用验证性因子分析的方法,对该问卷在国外及台湾研究中形成的3种不同因子结构进行验证,并探讨性别、年龄、文化程度和抑郁程度对生活质量以及其不同维度的影响。结果由12个条目组成，包含“控制力与自主性”、“愉悦感”和“自我实现”3个因子的模型具有最高拟合度，卡方拟合优度为1.11，拟合优度指数为0.84，调整拟合优度指数为0.76，比较拟合指数为0.96，塔克尔-勒威斯指数为0.95，近似误差均方根为0.05。女性在CASP总分和愉悦感评分低于男性（P＜0.05），抑郁和“控制力与自主性”、“愉悦感”和“自我实现”具有显著的负相关（r=-0.49、-0.67、-0.54， P＜0.05）。结论本研究提示该生活质量问卷,特别是其包含12条目的缩减版具有良好的适用性。

Objective To investigate the application of the scale of quality of life for elder people (CASP- 19). Methods Three models of factor structure of CASP- 19 derived from other studies were examined with confirmatory factor analysis. The in-fluence of gender, age, education level and depressive level on quality of life was measured by CASP- 19 and its subscales was examined in the meantime. Results The model of the shortened version of this scale, the CASP- 12 showed the best model fit (X2/df=1.11, GFI=0.84, AGFI=0.76, CFI=0.96, TLI=0.95, RMSEA=0.05). Three factors exist in this model, i.e. control and autono-my, pleasure, and self- realization. The total scores of CASP and scores of pleasure in female were lower than male (P<0.05), and depressive score was negatively correlated with control and autonomy, pleasure, and self- realization (r=- 0.49,- 0.67,- 0. 54; P<0.05). Conclusion CASP- 19, especial y its shortened version, the CASP- 12 may be the proper choice in China presently.
