目的：了解不同睡眠情况下的老年冠心病（CHD）患者生活质量。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）、健康调查简表（SF-36）对122例CHD患者进行睡眠情况及生活质量的调查。结果发现PSQI总分≥7分的CHD患者SF-36总分、生理功能（PF）、躯体疼痛（BP）、总体健康感（GH）、社会功能（SF）、情感问题所致的角色受限（RE）标准分均显著低于PSQI总分≤4分的CHD患者（P＜0.05）。结论睡眠紊乱对CHD患者的生理、心理及社会功能等生活质量均有的不良影响，应积极采取睡眠干预措施改善患者生活质量。
목적：료해불동수면정황하적노년관심병（CHD）환자생활질량。방법채용필자보수면질량지수（PSQI）、건강조사간표（SF-36）대122례CHD환자진행수면정황급생활질량적조사。결과발현PSQI총분≥7분적CHD환자SF-36총분、생리공능（PF）、구체동통（BP）、총체건강감（GH）、사회공능（SF）、정감문제소치적각색수한（RE）표준분균현저저우PSQI총분≤4분적CHD환자（P＜0.05）。결론수면문란대CHD환자적생리、심리급사회공능등생활질량균유적불량영향，응적겁채취수면간예조시개선환자생활질량。
Objective To investigate the relationship between sleep and quality of life of patients with coronary heart dis-ease. Methods Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Short Form Health Survey (SF- 36) were adopted to investigate the sleep situation and life quality in both out- patients and in- patients receiving cardiac rehabilitation in Zhejiang Hospital from September 2011 to September 2012. Results The scores of SF were significantly lower in CHD patients with PSQI score ≥ 7 than those with PSQI score≤4 in aggregate scores and physiological function standard scores (PF), bodily pain standard scores (BP), the overal sense of health standard scores(GH), social functioning standard scores(SF), emotional problems role limitations due to standard scores(RE) (P<0.05). Conclusion Sleep disorders have comprehensive influence on physiological, psychologi-cal and social functions of CHD patients. It is necessary to take sleep intervention measures to improve the quality of life in CHD patients.
