目的:探讨积雪草苷对烫伤创面成纤维细胞及结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)表达的影响。方法将30只SD大鼠按随机数字表法进行分组,选取6只大鼠不予烫伤,其余进行烫伤建模,采用积雪草苷和凡士林对烫伤创面组织进行同体对照研究,HE染色评估成纤维细胞变化,免疫组织化学法检测CTGF蛋白表达情况,并用透射电镜观察成纤维细胞微观结构改变。结果积雪草苷治疗组大鼠伤后第14天创面CTGF含量高于对照组(P<0.05),伤后第21天创面CTGF含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。成纤维细胞HE染色的大体形态及电镜观察呈现双相动态变化。结论积雪草苷可能对成纤维细胞增殖及CTGF表达存在双相调节作用,对促进创面少瘢痕愈合有一定作用。

목적:탐토적설초감대탕상창면성섬유세포급결체조직생장인자(CTGF)표체적영향。방법장30지SD대서안수궤수자표법진행분조,선취6지대서불여탕상,기여진행탕상건모,채용적설초감화범사림대탕상창면조직진행동체대조연구,HE염색평고성섬유세포변화,면역조직화학법검측CTGF단백표체정황,병용투사전경관찰성섬유세포미관결구개변。결과적설초감치료조대서상후제14천창면CTGF함량고우대조조(P<0.05),상후제21천창면CTGF함량저우대조조(P<0.05)。성섬유세포HE염색적대체형태급전경관찰정현쌍상동태변화。결론적설초감가능대성섬유세포증식급CTGF표체존재쌍상조절작용,대촉진창면소반흔유합유일정작용。
Objective To investigate the effects of Asiaticoside on the fibroblasts of burned rats and the expression of connective tissue growth factor. Methods 30 SD rats were randomized into treatment group(n=24) and control group(n=6) ac-cording to random number table. Asiaticoside and Vaseline were used to treat the burn wound respectively in two groups. Mor-phological changes of fibroblasts were detected with HE staining and transmission electron microscopy, while the expression of CTGF protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of CTGF was significant increased in treatment group(P<0.05) 14 days after burn, while significant decreased 21 days after. Fibroblasts showed biphasic morphological change under light microscope and electron microscopy. Conclusion Asiaticoside had the biphasic regulate effect on the fibroblasts and expression of CTGF. It maybe promote wound healing with less scar.
