以河南省郑州市的5年生三倍体白杨杂种无性系测定林为研究对象,对三倍体白杨杂种无性系木材基本密度和化学成分遗传变异、生长性状与木材基本密度以及化学成分间的相关性进行了研究。结果表明,无性系对木材基本密度、苯醇抽出物质量分数、木质素质量分数及综纤维素质量分数的影响均达到了极显著水平。三倍体白杨杂种无性系的平均木材基本密度、平均苯醇抽出物质量分数及平均木质素质量分数分别为325.0 kg/m3、2.13%、19.14%,比对照毛白杨无性系1319分别低10.1%、14.8%、21.7%;平均综纤维素质量分数为83.85%,比对照毛白杨无性系1319高1.3%。木材基本密度和苯醇抽出物、木质素、综纤维素质量分数的重复力分别为0.90、0.71、0.96、0.86。生长性状与木质素质量分数间呈显著的负相关,胸径、材积与综纤维素质量分数呈显著正相关。生长性状与木材基本密度间呈微弱正相关,表明对三倍体白杨杂种无性系进行生长量选择时,木材密度不会显著改变。

An experiment was conducted to determine the genetic variations in wood basic density, chemical components and phenotypic correlations between growth traits and wood basic density and chemical components of five-year-old triploid hy-brid clones of white poplar based on a clonal trial established in Zhengzhou of Henan Province.The clonal effects are high-ly significant for wood basic density, content of benzene-alcohol, content of lignin and content of holocellulose.The aver-age wood basic density is 325.0 kg/m3 , 2.13%for the average content of benzene-alcohol, and 19.14%for the average content of lignin, which decreases by 10.1%, 14.8%and 21.7%than that of diploid clone 1319 of Populus tomentoas , respectively.The average content of holocellulose is 83.85%, which is increased by 1.3%than that of diploid clone1 319 of P.tomentosa.The estimated repeatability of clonal means is 0.90 for wood basic density, 0.71 for content of benzene-alcohol, 0.96 for content of lignin, and 0.86 for content of holocellulose. Significant negative correlations are between growth traits and content of lignin.However, the diameter at breast height and the stem volume significantly positively cor-relate with the content of holocellulose.Weak positive correlations are between growth traits and wood basic density. Therefore, selecting triploid clones with fast growth will not lead to the decrease in wood basic density.
