数字示波器测量单次脉冲幅度时,存在测量不确定度大的缺点。对高采样率数字电压表原理和脉冲幅度准确测量原理进行对比分析,提出了利用高采样率数字电压表进行精确测量单次脉冲幅度的方法,并对该方法进行了具体阐述,得出测量结果不确定度为3×10-4。该测量方法准确度高,测量范围宽,测量成本低,具有较好的应用前景。

Digital oscilloscopes can measure single pulse amplitude, whereas their application is limited by their large uncertainty. The principles of high sample digital multimeter and method of exact single pulse amplitude measurement are analyzed. An optimized method of precise pulse amplitude measurement is proposed by using high sample digital multimeter. The method is depicted in detail, and the uncertainty components concerning the result of pulse amplitude measurement are analyzed. A relative low uncertainty of 3×10-4 is obtained. The proposed method bears the advantages like high accuracy, wide measurement range, and a low cost, therefore it has a good application prospective.
