现阶段,我国许多作物种植制度的多样性及品种的不适宜性决定了分段收获具有广泛的市场。在作物分段收获技术中,割晒技术是难点,其中的技术关键是作物禾秆的输送与铺放技术。为此,将农作物秸秆按物理性状分为矮、细、分枝少的秸秆和高、粗、分枝多的秸秆,分别从输送铺放结构方式、输送铺放机理研究、研究方法与手段等几个方面总结和梳理了目前的研究现状。在此基础上,提出了禾秆输送铺放技术今后的研究重点。
現階段,我國許多作物種植製度的多樣性及品種的不適宜性決定瞭分段收穫具有廣汎的市場。在作物分段收穫技術中,割曬技術是難點,其中的技術關鍵是作物禾稈的輸送與鋪放技術。為此,將農作物秸稈按物理性狀分為矮、細、分枝少的秸稈和高、粗、分枝多的秸稈,分彆從輸送鋪放結構方式、輸送鋪放機理研究、研究方法與手段等幾箇方麵總結和梳理瞭目前的研究現狀。在此基礎上,提齣瞭禾稈輸送鋪放技術今後的研究重點。
현계단,아국허다작물충식제도적다양성급품충적불괄의성결정료분단수획구유엄범적시장。재작물분단수획기술중,할쇄기술시난점,기중적기술관건시작물화간적수송여포방기술。위차,장농작물갈간안물이성상분위왜、세、분지소적갈간화고、조、분지다적갈간,분별종수송포방결구방식、수송포방궤리연구、연구방법여수단등궤개방면총결화소리료목전적연구현상。재차기출상,제출료화간수송포방기술금후적연구중점。
At present , cropping system is diversity ,variety is not suitable for mechanized farming ,so partition harvest has larger market in our country .In partition harvest technology ,technical difficulty is windrower technology ,key technology is windrowing and transporting technology .In this paper ,crop straw was divided into dwarf fine less-branch straw and high crude more-branch straw,structure,mechanism research and the research methods of windrowing and transporting tech-nology were summarized and sorted .Then ,some possible solutions and tendencies how to realize windrowing and transpor-ting technology in the future were provided .
