针对国内使用电力线覆盖冰检测仪的情况和当前存在的问题，采用以形成覆冰的必要气象参数为参量，经典覆冰厚度计算公式为基础，通过数学推导，建立覆冰厚度估算的数学模型；利用软传感技术，实现覆冰厚度的检测。同时，设计了以微功耗单片机MSP430F247为核心的电力线覆冰监测仪，介绍了系统组成框图、部分硬件电路和软件流程图。

With a careful review of the domestic usage of the icing detector for power lines and the existing prob -lems surrounding power-line icing, this thesis incorporates necessary meteorological statistics relevant to the ice forma-tion, and adopts as its basis classic formulas calculating ice thickness , thereby establishing a mathematic model that readilyprovides scientific icing estimations .To achieve the accuracy of icing measurement , the thesis recommends utili-zing the technology of software sensors .Meanwhile , a new power-line icing detector is designed with a single-chip MSP430F247 as the core.The system overall scheme and hardware circuit and software flow chart has been introduced .
