目的：探讨多层螺旋C T对小肠梗阻的诊断价值。方法对36例小肠梗阻患者进行多层螺旋C T平扫和增强扫描，并利用工作站对C T图像进行多平面重建，将C T诊断结果与手术病理结果相对照。结果36例小肠梗阻患者均通过多层螺旋C T扫描明确诊断，诊断准确率为100．0％，均表现为小肠扩张、积液和积气；梗阻原因中肠粘连16例，肿瘤性病变5例，炎症性病变5例，腹疝5例，肠套叠3例，粪石2例，病因诊断准确率为94．4％。结论多层螺旋CT结合三维重建能够准确诊断小肠梗阻，并且在确定梗阻病因方面具有优越性。
목적：탐토다층라선C T대소장경조적진단개치。방법대36례소장경조환자진행다층라선C T평소화증강소묘，병이용공작참대C T도상진행다평면중건，장C T진단결과여수술병리결과상대조。결과36례소장경조환자균통과다층라선C T소묘명학진단，진단준학솔위100．0％，균표현위소장확장、적액화적기；경조원인중장점련16례，종류성병변5례，염증성병변5례，복산5례，장투첩3례，분석2례，병인진단준학솔위94．4％。결론다층라선CT결합삼유중건능구준학진단소장경조，병차재학정경조병인방면구유우월성。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT ) in the diagnosis of small bowel obstruction .Methods 36 cases with small bowel obstruction were scanned and enhanced scanned using MSCT ,multiplaner reconstruction were performed by workstation for CT image .The diagnostic results of MSCT were compared with operation and pathology results .Results MSCT findings were consistence with the results of surgery pathology in 36 patients with small bowel obstruction .MSCT diagnostic accuracy of small bowel obstruction was 100% .All of the cases had small intestine expansion ,effusion and pneumatosis ;the causes of obstruction were adhesions(16 cases) ,neoplastic lesions(5 cases) ,inflammatory(5 cases) ,ventral hernia(5 cases) ,intussusception(3 cases) ,stercorolith(2 cases) ,the accurate rate of diagnosis was 94 .4% .Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT with 3D reconstruction can diagnose small bowel obstruction accurately ,and it has advantage in identifying the cause of ob-struction .
