目的：调查研究过敏性鼻炎（A R ）的发生情况以及相应的卫生服务需求和利用情况。方法本文对2010年3月至2012年3月于厦门市第三医院耳鼻喉科、头颈外科就诊的患者进行A R相关问卷调查。选取其中过敏性鼻炎的200例患者进行统计学分析。结果200例患者中1年前确诊患病率为31．0％，男、女差异无统计学意义。出现症状2周内就诊者仅占28．5％，差别同患者所居住的地域不同有关。未就诊的原因主要包括症状较轻、经济因素、就医不便、认知欠缺等。结论 AR就诊率小于患病率，首要原因是大部分患者对于 AR症状的忽视以及对于AR认知的缺乏。
목적：조사연구과민성비염（A R ）적발생정황이급상응적위생복무수구화이용정황。방법본문대2010년3월지2012년3월우하문시제삼의원이비후과、두경외과취진적환자진행A R상관문권조사。선취기중과민성비염적200례환자진행통계학분석。결과200례환자중1년전학진환병솔위31．0％，남、녀차이무통계학의의。출현증상2주내취진자부점28．5％，차별동환자소거주적지역불동유관。미취진적원인주요포괄증상교경、경제인소、취의불편、인지흠결등。결론 AR취진솔소우환병솔，수요원인시대부분환자대우 AR증상적홀시이급대우AR인지적결핍。
Objective To investigate the need and utilization of health services for patients with allergic rhini-tis .Methods A questionnare was used to collect the datas of patients with allergic rhinitis ,two hundred cases with allergic rhinitis were selected .Results Thirty-one percent of cases was diognosised before one year ,the difference between male and female was not significant (P>0 .05) .The ratio of those who visited doctors in the first two weeks was 28 .5% ,the difference was related with regions they lived .The mild symptoms ,economic factors ,inconvenient to go to hospital ,cognitive deficiency were reasons for didn′t seek medical treatment .Conclusion The number of pa-tients treated for allergic rhinitis is far less than its prevalence .The major reason is the ignorance of the mild symp-toms and the lack of related knowledge .
