目的：支持性心理疗法与金嗓利咽丸联合治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的疗效观察。方法选择240例慢性肥厚性咽炎患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予金嗓利咽丸治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合支持性心理治疗，对比观察两组的疗效。结果观察组和对照组总有效率分别为91．67％和67．50％，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论金嗓利咽丸联合支持性心理疗法治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎疗效满意，值得临床推广。
목적：지지성심리요법여금상리인환연합치료만성비후성인염적료효관찰。방법선택240례만성비후성인염환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조급여금상리인환치료，관찰조재대조조기출상연합지지성심리치료，대비관찰량조적료효。결과관찰조화대조조총유효솔분별위91．67％화67．50％，량조차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론금상리인환연합지지성심리요법치료만성비후성인염료효만의，치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological supporting therapy combined Jinsang Liyan pill on chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis .Methods 240 cases with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis were selected ,and divid-ed into the observation group and the control group randomly ,the control group was treated by Jinsang Liyan pill ,the observation group were combined with psychological supporting therapy ,then compared effects between the two groups .Results The cure rates of observation group and control group were 91 .67% and 67 .50% respectively ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Jinsang Liyan pill combined with psychological supporting therapy in treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis is satisfied ,which is worth of generalizing in clinic .
