研究了含逆变型分布式电源配电网的馈线自动化动作问题。由于分布式电源的接入改变了配网的结构,这必定会影响到馈线自动化系统正确地实现其自身功能。针对这一问题,首先研究了逆变型分布式电源的参数和特性以及逆变器的控制策略和输出特性。总结了一些专家学者的前沿研究后,以分布式光伏发电为例在Matlab/Simulink环境下搭建仿真模型,并根据并网逆变器的参数及控制策略提出了一种适用于配网故障分析的逆变型分布式电源等效模型。根据模型参数,计算分析了分布式电源接入后对馈线自动化的影响,基于分析结果,找到了适合含逆变型分布式电源配电网的馈线自动化方案,最后对其进行仿真验证。

The problem of feeder automation of distribution network containing inverter-based distribution generation is researched. The structure of distribution network changes because of distribution generation accessing, which will affect the function of feeder automation system. To solve this problem, the parameters and characteristics of the distributed generation are studied, as well as the inverter control strategy and output characteristics. By summarizing the research done by some experts and scholars, taking photovoltaic power for example, the paper establishes a simulation model in Matlab/Simulink environment, and proposes an equivalent model of inverter-based distribution generation according to the parameters and control strategy of grid-connected inverter. The model is applicable to fault analysis of distribution network. Based on the parameters of the model, the influence of distributed generation accessing on feeder automation is analyzed. According to the analysis results, the paper proposes the scheme of feeder automation applying to distribution network containing inverter-based distribution generation. Finally, the scheme is simulated.
