对细黄链霉菌(AMCC 400001)菌剂促进油菜生长效应及最适施用浓度的确定进行了盆栽试验。试验结果表明,该菌剂的使用对提高油菜产量具有显著作用,以高浓度(T3,1×107 cfu/g)为最适用量,油菜鲜质量、冠根比与对照相比分别提高了65.35%和25.01%;在提高叶绿素含量、促进光合作用及蒸腾作用方面,高浓度(T3)用量也有显著作用;细黄链霉菌(AMCC 400001)还可以明显促进油菜根系的生长发育。

The pot experiment was carried out to study the growth -promoting effects of the fungi agent Streptomyces microflavus (AMCC 400001) on rape (Brassica napus) and to determine its optimal working concentration. The results showed that, the fungi agent played a significant role on increasing the rape yield. The high concentration treatment T3 (1×107 cfu/g) was most suitable, and the fresh weight and crown root ratio of rape were increased by 65.35% and 25.01%respectively compared to those of the control. The T3 treatment also showed significant effects on increasing chlorophyll content and promoting the photosynthesis and transpiration. In addition, S. microflavus (AMCC 400001) could also significantly improve the rape root growth and development.
