以葫芦种子为试验材料,针对黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒耐热的特性,设置多个温度梯度对葫芦种子进行干热处理,然后比较种子的发芽率,得出35-50-60℃、35-50-70℃、35-50-72℃处理的发芽率较高;结合发芽率与杀毒效果,选用35-50-72℃作为最佳处理温度,将此温度下处理的种子播种后取幼苗期真叶,ELISA 检测不带黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒。因此,得出能有效降低黄瓜绿斑驳病毒致病力并且对种子损伤较小的种子干热处理条件为35-50-72℃。

In order to eliminate the heat-resistant cucumber green mottle mosaic virus (CGMMV) on bottle gourd seeds, we set six different dry heat treatments with different temperatures at the third stage and calculated their seed germination rates. The results showed that, the two dry heat treatments 35-50-70℃ and 35-50-72℃ had higher germination rate. Considering on germination rate and anti -virus effects, the 35 -50 -72℃ treatment was best, and the Elisa detection showed negative results on the euphylla of seedlings after being treated by the temperature combination. Therefore, the dry heat treatment 35-50-72℃ could make the cucumber green mottle mosaic virus inactive effectively and had no significant damage on bottle gourd seeds.
