目的：了解社区老年人高血压并发症特点及分析相关的防治因素。方法采用回顾性调查研究，对2009年5月至2013年5月我院高血压病门诊的590例患者（其中老年人为384例，非老年人206例）冠心病、心力衰竭、脑卒中、肾功能不全等并发症发病率进行分析。结果老年组冠心病、心力衰竭、脑卒中、肾功能不全的患病率分别为25.00%、20.30%、12.50%、13.54%，非老年组冠心病、心力衰竭、脑卒中、肾功能不全的患病率分别为10.60%、5.82%、5.30%、3.30%。两组患病率存在统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论社区老年高血压病患者非老年高血压患者更易出现冠心病、心力衰竭、脑卒中、肾功能不全等慢性疾病，加强社区老年高血压病的二级预防措施对预防并发症具有重要意义。

목적：료해사구노년인고혈압병발증특점급분석상관적방치인소。방법채용회고성조사연구，대2009년5월지2013년5월아원고혈압병문진적590례환자（기중노년인위384례，비노년인206례）관심병、심력쇠갈、뇌졸중、신공능불전등병발증발병솔진행분석。결과노년조관심병、심력쇠갈、뇌졸중、신공능불전적환병솔분별위25.00%、20.30%、12.50%、13.54%，비노년조관심병、심력쇠갈、뇌졸중、신공능불전적환병솔분별위10.60%、5.82%、5.30%、3.30%。량조환병솔존재통계학차이（P＜0.05）。결론사구노년고혈압병환자비노년고혈압환자경역출현관심병、심력쇠갈、뇌졸중、신공능불전등만성질병，가강사구노년고혈압병적이급예방조시대예방병발증구유중요의의。
Objective To study the prevalence of complication of hypertension in the community elders aged 60 or above and analyze the available treatment measure. Methods Data of the present retrospective survey were collected and analyzed from 590 outpatients with diagnosis of essential hypertension from May 2009 to May 2013 in our hospital. Results The prevalence of coronary heart disease, heart failure, cerebral stroke, renal insufifciency in hypertension patients aged 60 or older were respectively 25.00%,20.30%,12.50%,13.54%. And the prevalence of those complications in hypertension patients below 60 years older were 10.60%,5.82%,5.30%,3.30%, which is statistically lower compared with elder patients. Conclusion The incidence of complications of elder hypertension patients in community was signiifcantly higher than those of non-elder hypertension patients. To strengthen the second treatment measure of elder hypertension among community is beneifcial to prevent complications.
