目的：对产后出血的原因及其临床护理方法进行分析。方法对在2011年1月至2013年1月间于本院就诊的52例产后出血孕产妇进行综合护理，比较患者在护理前后的临床症状改善情况，并分析产后出血的原因。结果患者产后出血的原因主要有子宫收缩乏力、软产道受损、胎盘因素、凝血功能障碍等，在对患者进行综合护理后，有48例患者治愈出院，疗效显著。结论给予孕产妇心理护理、急救护理、产后指导等综合护理，能有效降低出现产后出血的概率，提高分娩的安全性，值得在临床护理中推广。
목적：대산후출혈적원인급기림상호리방법진행분석。방법대재2011년1월지2013년1월간우본원취진적52례산후출혈잉산부진행종합호리，비교환자재호리전후적림상증상개선정황，병분석산후출혈적원인。결과환자산후출혈적원인주요유자궁수축핍력、연산도수손、태반인소、응혈공능장애등，재대환자진행종합호리후，유48례환자치유출원，료효현저。결론급여잉산부심리호리、급구호리、산후지도등종합호리，능유효강저출현산후출혈적개솔，제고분면적안전성，치득재림상호리중추엄。
Objective The reason for postpartum hemorrhage and clinical nursing methods of analysis.Methods In January 2011 to January 2013 at our hospital 52 cases of maternal postpartum hemorrhage comprehensive nursing intervention, compared with patients in the care of the situation before and after the improvement of clinical symptoms and analyze causes of postpartum hemorrhage.Results Patients main causes of postpartum hemorrhage uterine atony,soft birth canal damage, placental factors, coagulation disorders, comprehensive care in the patient after 48 patients were cured and discharged, a signiifcant effect.Conclusion Given maternal psychological care, emergency care, postpartum care, can effectively reduce the probability of postpartum hemorrhage occurs, improve the safety of childbirth, it is worth promoting in clinical care.
