目的：观察术前卡孕栓阴道给药减少腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术出血的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年9月至2013年1月64例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术患者，随机分为卡孕栓组32例和对照组32例。卡孕栓组在术前阴道放置卡孕栓2枚，对照组不作任何处理。观察两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后情况以及不良反应。结果卡孕栓组与对照组相比，手术时间明显缩短，术中出血显著减少，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；卡孕栓组与对照组相比，术后肠功能恢复时间短，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论术前卡孕栓阴道给药能缩短腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术手术时间，减少出血，促进术后肠功能恢复，值得推广使用。
목적：관찰술전잡잉전음도급약감소복강경하자궁기류절제술출혈적림상료효。방법선취아원2011년9월지2013년1월64례복강경하자궁기류절제술환자，수궤분위잡잉전조32례화대조조32례。잡잉전조재술전음도방치잡잉전2매，대조조불작임하처리。관찰량조수술시간、술중출혈량、술후정황이급불량반응。결과잡잉전조여대조조상비，수술시간명현축단，술중출혈현저감소，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；잡잉전조여대조조상비，술후장공능회복시간단，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론술전잡잉전음도급약능축단복강경하자궁기류절제술수술시간，감소출혈，촉진술후장공능회복，치득추엄사용。
Objective To evaluate the effect of preoperative intravaginal use of gemeprost on laparoscopic uterine myomectomy blood loss. Methods 64 cases of laparoscopic myomectomy patients in our hospital from Sep. 2011 to Jan. 2013 were randomly divided into gemeprost group and control group. Gemeprost group were given intravaginal administration of gemeprost(2 pellet)before operative, and the control group were not dealed with. The operating time, blood loss, side-effect and postoperative condition of patients were evaluated between the groups.Results The average operative time and the blood loss of gemeprost group were smaller compared with control group(P<0.05).The postoperative intestinal function recovery time of gemeprost group was shorter compared with control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Preoperative intravaginal use of gemeprost on laparoscopic uterine myomectomy can signiifcantly reduce the operating time and blood loss to improve the quality of surgery, it is worth promoting.
