目的：探讨射频消融术（radiofrequency catheter ablation，RFCA）对血小板聚集率的影响及丹红注射液的防治效果。方法100例拟行射频消融术治疗的患者，随机分为治疗组（n=50）和对照组（n=50），治疗组术前一周静脉滴注丹红注射液，对照组不服药。采用Born比浊法检测两组患者RFCA血小板聚集率（platelet aggregation rate，PAG）的变化。结果治疗组PAG在RFCA术后较术前有所增高，但其差别无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；对照组PAG术后较术前明显升高，其差别有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；组间比较对照组术后PAG较治疗组有明显升高，差别有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论射频消融术可促进血小板聚集，丹红注射液有一定预防作用。

Objective To investigate the inlfuence of radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA) on platelet aggregation rate(PAG) and evaluate the effect of prophylactic therapy of Danhong. Methods With furbidimetry assay, one hundred consecutive patients were divided randomLy into two groups:the control group(50 cases)treated with no drug and the treated group(50 cases) treated with Danhong. The levels of PAG were measured before and immediately after RFCA . Results In control group, the plasma levels of PAG were increased signiifcantly immediately after RFCA as compared with those before RFCA. In treated group ,the levels of PAG were also increased slightly, but there were no statistical signiifcance. Conclusions It suggests that platelet aggregation may be introduced by RFCA , and prophylactic therapy of Danhong may prevent it.
