目的:分析小青龙汤加减的方法对小儿毛细支气管炎的治疗效果。方法选取2010年6月-2012年6月东莞市石碣镇社区卫生服务中心88例小儿毛细支气管炎患者,按随机平行对照法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各44例。对照组采用常规治疗法,治疗组应用常规治疗的同时给予小青龙汤加减治疗。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者心率转正常时间、喘憋缓解时间、哮鸣音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间均明显缩短,观察组总有效率95.5%,显效率27.3%;对照组总有效率为75.0%,显效率为20.5%;观察组效果更明显(P<0.05)。结论采用小青龙汤加减的方法治疗小儿高发的毛细支气管炎不仅安全,还可以有效的缩短患儿病程,提高治愈率。

목적:분석소청룡탕가감적방법대소인모세지기관염적치료효과。방법선취2010년6월-2012년6월동완시석갈진사구위생복무중심88례소인모세지기관염환자,안수궤평행대조법분위대조조화치료조,매조각44례。대조조채용상규치요법,치료조응용상규치료적동시급여소청룡탕가감치료。결과여대조조상비,관찰조환자심솔전정상시간、천별완해시간、효명음소실시간、해수소실시간균명현축단,관찰조총유효솔95.5%,현효솔27.3%;대조조총유효솔위75.0%,현효솔위20.5%;관찰조효과경명현(P<0.05)。결론채용소청룡탕가감적방법치료소인고발적모세지기관염불부안전,환가이유효적축단환인병정,제고치유솔。
Objective To analysis the effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of children with capillary bronchitis. Methods 88 cases with bronchitis from June 2010 to June 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, 44 cases in each group. The control group were treated with conventional therapy, conventional treatment and Xiaoqinglong decoction were used in the treatment group .Results compared with control group, the observation group of patients heart rate turn normal time and breath to alleviate any time, wheezing sound disappear time, cough disappearance time were significantly shortened, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.5%,the efficiency rate was 27.3%;the total effective rate of the control group was 75.0%,the efficiency rate was 20.5%;the effect of the observation group was more obvious (P<0.05). Conclusion It is a effective and sate method that Xiaoqinglong decoction was used in the treatment of children with capillary bronchitis. It can also shorten the course.
