高职院校中，共青团是先进青年的组织，而团总支的学生干部作为共青团工作的主要协作者，是共青团的骨干力量。因此，团总支学生干部的教育与管理工作十分重要，如果做好了团总支学生干部的教育与管理工作，团总支的氛围就会积极向上，努力进取，对团总支的工作有着重要的作用。在本文中，笔者就自己的工作经验，谈一谈关于高职团总支学生干部的教育与管理的一点看法。
고직원교중，공청단시선진청년적조직，이단총지적학생간부작위공청단공작적주요협작자，시공청단적골간역량。인차，단총지학생간부적교육여관리공작십분중요，여과주호료단총지학생간부적교육여관리공작，단총지적분위취회적겁향상，노력진취，대단총지적공작유착중요적작용。재본문중，필자취자기적공작경험，담일담관우고직단총지학생간부적교육여관리적일점간법。
In higher vocational colleges, the communist youth league is the advanced youth organization, while as the main collaborators of the communist youth league, the student leaders of youth league are the backbone of the communist youth league. Therefore, the education and management of youth league student leaders are very important. Good education and management of youth league student leaders will bring up and coming atmosphere of youth league, which contributes a lot to the youth league's work. In this paper, based on his own working experiences, the author discusses the education and management of youth league student leaders.
