目的:探讨脑卒中患者血浆高敏CRP变化与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的关系。方法:对笔者所在医院神经内科收治的50例急性脑梗死患者进行回顾性研究,观察并分析患者的颈动脉粥样硬化斑块性质和hs-CRP浓度的关系。结果:梗死灶侧不稳定斑块数占该侧斑块总数的10.4%,梗死灶对侧不稳定斑块数则占该侧斑块总数的4.2%,两者比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);颈动脉粥样硬化斑块0级、I级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患者的血浆hs-CRP水平依次升高,颈动脉粥样硬化斑块I级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级分别与0级的血浆hs-CRP水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:脑卒中患者的血浆hs-CRP与动脉粥样硬化斑块有密切关系,是辅助诊断脑梗死和预测颈动脉硬化斑块稳定性进展的新检测指标。
目的:探討腦卒中患者血漿高敏CRP變化與頸動脈粥樣硬化斑塊的關繫。方法:對筆者所在醫院神經內科收治的50例急性腦梗死患者進行迴顧性研究,觀察併分析患者的頸動脈粥樣硬化斑塊性質和hs-CRP濃度的關繫。結果:梗死竈側不穩定斑塊數佔該側斑塊總數的10.4%,梗死竈對側不穩定斑塊數則佔該側斑塊總數的4.2%,兩者比較差異有高度統計學意義(P<0.01);頸動脈粥樣硬化斑塊0級、I級、Ⅱ級、Ⅲ級患者的血漿hs-CRP水平依次升高,頸動脈粥樣硬化斑塊I級、Ⅱ級、Ⅲ級分彆與0級的血漿hs-CRP水平比較,差異均有統計學意義(P<0.01)。結論:腦卒中患者的血漿hs-CRP與動脈粥樣硬化斑塊有密切關繫,是輔助診斷腦梗死和預測頸動脈硬化斑塊穩定性進展的新檢測指標。
목적:탐토뇌졸중환자혈장고민CRP변화여경동맥죽양경화반괴적관계。방법:대필자소재의원신경내과수치적50례급성뇌경사환자진행회고성연구,관찰병분석환자적경동맥죽양경화반괴성질화hs-CRP농도적관계。결과:경사조측불은정반괴수점해측반괴총수적10.4%,경사조대측불은정반괴수칙점해측반괴총수적4.2%,량자비교차이유고도통계학의의(P<0.01);경동맥죽양경화반괴0급、I급、Ⅱ급、Ⅲ급환자적혈장hs-CRP수평의차승고,경동맥죽양경화반괴I급、Ⅱ급、Ⅲ급분별여0급적혈장hs-CRP수평비교,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론:뇌졸중환자적혈장hs-CRP여동맥죽양경화반괴유밀절관계,시보조진단뇌경사화예측경동맥경화반괴은정성진전적신검측지표。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between high-sensitivity c-reactive protein and carotid artery atherosclerosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method:50 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected from our hospital in order to study retrospective.The characters of carotid artery atherosclerosis and the concentration of high-sensitivity c-reactive protein were observed and analysed.Result:The comparison of unstable plaque percentage between the ipsilateral side of infarct and the opposite side of infarct,differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The comparison of hs-CRP level between carotid artery atherosclerosis levelⅠ,levelⅡ,levelⅢand level 0,differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:For acute cerebral infarction patients,the hs-CRP level is closely related to carotid artery atherosclerosis.Hs-CRP is the new test index in diagnosing of acute cerebral infarction and predicting of carotid artery atherosclerosis stability.
