目的:探讨品管圈活动在抢救车管理中的应用效果,讨论品管圈活动是否可提高全院抢救车管理质量。方法成立“急救保障”品管圈,通过现状调查、原因分析、设定目标、制定对策、对策实施、效果检查及巩固措施等程序,开展品管圈活动,对全院45个护理单元抢救车内药品、器材进行管理。评价品管圈活动前后有形成果及无形成果。结果护士在品管圈活动后交接抢救车用时从(5.0±1.3) min下降至(2.0±0.3)min,差异有统计学意义(t=-14.632,P<0.01);品管圈活动后护士对使用抢救车的满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.500,P<0.01);活动后抢救车内药品、器材管理检查平均得分由(95.8±1.8)分上升至(98.2±2.1)分,抢救药品器材完好率从92%上升到100%,差异均有统计学意义(t/χ2分别为-5.821,6.380;P<0.05)。品管圈活动后护士品管圈手法运用、团队精神、沟通协调、活动信心、参与感、向心力6个方面评分均高于活动前,差异均有统计学意义( t 分别为-28.7,-9.5,-11.2,-29.8,-55.9,-15.5;P<0.01)。结论开展品管圈活动不仅降低了护士交接抢救车的用时,提高护士使用抢救车的满意度及抢救药品器材完好率,而且大大提高了全院抢救车管理质量及圈员的质量管理能力和团队合作精神。

Objective To explore the application of the quality control circle ( QCC) on the resuscitation cart management , and whether the QCC strategy can improve the management quality .Methods The QCC of emergency safeguard was established by survey .The medicine and equipments of the resuscitation cart from 45 nursing unit in the hospital were managed and checked .Then we evaluated the effects before and after the QCC strategy implemented .Results After implemented the QCC , the time of nurse handover the resuscitation cart was decreased from the ( 5.0 ±1.3 ) minutes to ( 2.0 ±0.3 ) minutes.The difference was statistically significant (t =-14.632, P <0.01).The satisfaction of using resuscitation carts was improved , and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =22.500, P<0.01).The average checking score of medicines and equipment management of the resuscitation cart was increased from (95.8 ±1.8) to (98.2 ±2.1), and the perfectness rate of resuscitation equipments was increased from 92%to 100%.The differences were statistically significant (t/χ2 =-5.821, 6.380, respectively; P<0.05).There were changes in using the technique of QCC, confidence, team spirit, communication and coordination, engaged, centripetal force, and the differences were statistically significant ( t =-28.7, -9.5, -11.2, -29.8, -55.9, -15.5, respectively; P <0.01).Conclusions After carrying out QCC, not only do we reduce the time of nurse handover , improve the satisfaction of using , and increase the perfectness rate of rescue medicine and equipments , but also we greatly improve the management quality of resuscitation cart , and the quality management ability as well as the team cooperation spirits .
