目的：探讨优质护理对妇科肿瘤患者术后康复及生活质量的影响。方法：将本院2010年8月-2012年8月行妇科肿瘤手术的80例患者按随机数字表法分为观察组（n=40）和对照组（n=40），观察组患者采用优质护理干预，对照组患者常规护理干预。结果：护理后，观察组的下床活动时间、排气时间、进固体食物时间、住院时间以及并发症发生率显著优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组生活质量也显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：优质护理干预能改善妇科肿瘤患者术后康复和生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토우질호리대부과종류환자술후강복급생활질량적영향。방법：장본원2010년8월-2012년8월행부과종류수술적80례환자안수궤수자표법분위관찰조（n=40）화대조조（n=40），관찰조환자채용우질호리간예，대조조환자상규호리간예。결과：호리후，관찰조적하상활동시간、배기시간、진고체식물시간、주원시간이급병발증발생솔현저우우대조조（P<0.05）；관찰조생활질량야현저우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：우질호리간예능개선부과종류환자술후강복화생활질량，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing care on postoperative rehabilitation and living quality of patients with gynecological tumor. Method:80 patients with gynecological tumor from August 2010 to August 2012 were randomly divided into observation group(n=40) and control group(n=40)according to random number table method. The observation group was given high quality nursing care,and the control group was given routine nursing care. Result:After nursing,the bed activity time,evacuation time,into solid food time,length of hospital stay,and complications in the experiment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Moreover,the life quality,in the experiment group was also significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The high quality nursing care can promote rehabilitation and improve living quality of patients with gynecological tumor after surgery.
