声频动力头是声频振动钻机最关键的设备,其利用双液压马达驱动偏心轴旋转输出激振力驱动钻杆在沉积层中钻进,以取得分层样品。在分析声频动力头工作原理的基础上,基于SolidWork建立动力头三维数模,构建虚拟样机,进行虚拟装配;利用虚拟样机分析软件ADAMS对动力头的运动进行仿真分析。采用ANSYS软件对动力头主轴进行强度分析。分析结果为动力头的改进提供了参考依据。

The sonic vibration head is the key system of the sonic drill, which produces high frequency force with the dual hydraulic motors to drive the eccentric shaft system to drill and take quality samples.Based on the analyzing of the structure and working principle of sonic vibration head.The 3D model of the dirve head is built, the virtual prototype created, and virtual assembling performed with SolidWork through examination of the operating principle of the sonic drive head.The an-alytical software ADAMS is used to simulate the movement of the drive head and with the ANSYS to analyze the main shaft of the sonic vibration head.The results provide a good foundation for improvement of the prototype.
