目的：探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者血清和组织NF-κB p65的表达是否一致，其表达与非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床特征的关系。方法免疫组化法检测58例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者组织NF-κB p65的表达，ELISA 法检测患者血清NF-κB p65水平。分析血清与组织NF-κB p65表达及与临床特征的关系。结果58例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者血清、组织的NF-κB p65表达率分别为51浇．7％、55．2％，表达一致率为75．8％。血清及组织NF-κB p65的阳性表达与非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的临床分期及国际预后指数（IPI）评分有关（ P ＜0．05），而在不同性别、年龄及T、B细胞亚型之间阳性表达差异无统计学意义（ P﹥0．05）。结论非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者血清NF-κB p65表达升高，可能部分反映淋巴瘤组织NF-κB p65的表达水平，同时与非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床分期及IPI相关。

Objective To investigate whether the non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patients and organizations NF-κB p65 ex-pression are consistent with the expression of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma clinical features .Methods Immunohistochemistry is applied to detect 58 cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patient organizations NF-κB p65 expression , ELISA assay of serum NF-κB p65 levels.Analysis of serum and tissue NF-κB p65 expression and clinical features .Results In 58 patients serum, the tissue NF-κB p65 expression rates were 51.7%, 55.2%, 75.8%concordance rate expression .Serum and tissue NF-κB p65 positive expression in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma clinical stage and IPI score ( P <0 .05 ) , but between different gender, age and T, B cell subtype expression the difference was not statistically significant ( P >0.05).Conclusion Pa-tients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma increased expression of NF-κB p65 , may partly reflect lymphoma NF-κB p65 expression levels, but also associated with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma clinical stage and IPI .
