目的:探讨中枢神经细胞瘤特征性影像学表现及其临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经临床病理证实的8例中枢神经细胞瘤患者的临床及影像资料,所有病例均行MR平扫及增强检查,其中3例同时行CT检查。结果8例均为青年人,所有肿瘤均位于侧脑室透明隔,并跨透明隔生长,邻近Monro孔,肿瘤均具有不规则形态;MR表现为T1WI上呈等、低信号,T2WI上呈不均匀稍高信号,特征性的表现为蜂窝状或丝瓜瓤样改变及“索条征”,增强后病灶轻至中度强化,囊变区无强化,肿瘤实质在CT平扫多呈等密度及稍高密度,多伴有散在钙化灶。结论 CT能清楚显示瘤内钙化,MR更能清晰显示瘤内丝瓜瓤样或蜂窝状改变,中枢神经细胞瘤的MR表现具有一定的特征性,对中枢神经细胞瘤的诊断具有重要价值。

목적:탐토중추신경세포류특정성영상학표현급기림상진단개치。방법회고성분석경림상병리증실적8례중추신경세포류환자적림상급영상자료,소유병례균행MR평소급증강검사,기중3례동시행CT검사。결과8례균위청년인,소유종류균위우측뇌실투명격,병과투명격생장,린근Monro공,종류균구유불규칙형태;MR표현위T1WI상정등、저신호,T2WI상정불균균초고신호,특정성적표현위봉와상혹사과양양개변급“색조정”,증강후병조경지중도강화,낭변구무강화,종류실질재CT평소다정등밀도급초고밀도,다반유산재개화조。결론 CT능청초현시류내개화,MR경능청석현시류내사과양양혹봉와상개변,중추신경세포류적MR표현구유일정적특정성,대중추신경세포류적진단구유중요개치。
Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation and diagnostic value of imaging examination in the central neurocytoma .Methods Retrospective analysis of 8 clinically and pathophysiologically proven central neurocytoma pa-tients imaging data and combined with other reports .All cases examined by plain and enhancement , both MR and CT scan were performed on 3 cases.Results 8 cases were young , all tumors were located in the lateral ventricle septum and growth across the septum, near Monro hole, tumors were of irregular shape;MR on T1WI showed iso-or low signal, T2WI showed on slightly uneven high signal , the performance characteristics of a honeycomb-like changes or loofahs and “streaks” sign, en-hanced lesions with mild to moderate enhancement , cystic no enhancement in CT scan tumor parenchyma mostly equal density and higher density , many accompanied by scattered calcification .Conclusion CT can clearly show intratumoral calcification , MR more clearly show the tumor loofahs or honeycomb-like changes in the MR appearance of central nervous system tumors have certain characteristics , for the diagnosis of central nervous system tumors has important value .
