目的:分析轻度认知功能障碍( MCI)患者脑白质各向异性分数( FA)值的变化,探讨FA值对轻度认知障碍的诊断价值。方法应用磁共振扩散张量成像( DTI)对18例MCI患者( MCI组)和18例年龄匹配的健康志愿者(健康对照组)进行分析,应用GE Signa Excite 1 J.5 T 核磁共振系统进行头颅DTI检查,分别测量2组双侧颞叶白质、侧脑室前后角旁白质、额叶及顶叶内侧皮质下白质的FA值,并对测量结果比较。结果 MCI组双侧侧脑室前角旁白质、右颞叶白质及右顶内侧皮质下白质FA值低于健康对照组( P﹤0.05)。而双侧额内侧皮质下脑白质、双侧侧脑室后角旁白质、左侧颞叶白质、左顶内侧皮质下白质及胼胝体膝部及压部FA值2组间比较差异均无统计学意义( P﹥0.05)。结论双侧侧脑室前角旁白质、右侧颞叶白质及右顶内侧皮质下白质FA值降低可以作为早期诊断MCI的影像学指标,对于早期干预及提高患者的生存质量具有重要意义。

목적:분석경도인지공능장애( MCI)환자뇌백질각향이성분수( FA)치적변화,탐토FA치대경도인지장애적진단개치。방법응용자공진확산장량성상( DTI)대18례MCI환자( MCI조)화18례년령필배적건강지원자(건강대조조)진행분석,응용GE Signa Excite 1 J.5 T 핵자공진계통진행두로DTI검사,분별측량2조쌍측섭협백질、측뇌실전후각방백질、액협급정협내측피질하백질적FA치,병대측량결과비교。결과 MCI조쌍측측뇌실전각방백질、우섭협백질급우정내측피질하백질FA치저우건강대조조( P﹤0.05)。이쌍측액내측피질하뇌백질、쌍측측뇌실후각방백질、좌측섭협백질、좌정내측피질하백질급변지체슬부급압부FA치2조간비교차이균무통계학의의( P﹥0.05)。결론쌍측측뇌실전각방백질、우측섭협백질급우정내측피질하백질FA치강저가이작위조기진단MCI적영상학지표,대우조기간예급제고환자적생존질량구유중요의의。
Objective To analyse white matter anisotropy ( FA) values in patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI),and explore the FA value for the diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment .Methods Magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) in 18 patients with MCI (MCI group) and 18 age-matched healthy volunteers (control group) were analyzed, head DTI scans were performed with GE Signa Excite 1.5 T MR system, 2 groups were measured bilateral temporal lobe white matter, lateral front corner narration quality , medial frontal and parietal subcortical white matter FA values , and compare the measurement results .Results Bilateral anterior horn of the lateral ventricle MCI group narration quality , right temporal lobe and right parietal white matter inside the subcortical white matter FA values lower than the healthy control group ( P <0.05). The bilateral medial frontal subcortical white matter , bilateral posterior horn of the lateral ventricle narration nature , left tempo-ral lobe white matter , left parietal subcortical white matter and medial corpus callosum and the press section FA values between the two groups showed no significant difference ( P >0.05) .Conclusion Bilateral anterior horn of the lateral ventricle quali-ty narration, right temporal lobe and right parietal white matter inside the subcortical white matter FA values decrease as early diagnosis of MCI imaging indicator for early intervention and improve the patient's quality of life is important .
