传统的水利调度系统采用单节点调度的方法,无法根据每个水利节点的实际需求进行分配,造成水利资源的浪费。提出一种无规律多分布水利智能全局调度实现方法,采用系统无规律模型建立无规律节点分布,然后将每个模型与节点进行匹配识别,在水利调度时,通过节点分布特性和实际需求,实现全局调度,并且采用反馈系统不断调整,达到最优供水状态。采用一组散布节点进行实际的供水调度实验,结果显示,采用无规律多分布水利智能全局调度方法,在相同调度任务情况下,平均效率高出约21%,在水利调度系统中具有广泛应用的价值。

In conventional water conservancy scheduling system scheduling method, a single node was considered and the actual need of each water conservancy node was allocated, so it resulted in a waste of water resources. An intelligent global scheduling method of water conservancy with irregular distribution was proposed, the node was matched with each model, through the distribution of nodes characteristic and actual demand, with the feedback system, the result was adjusted con-tinuously to achieve optimal water status. A set of distributed nodes for the actual water supply dispatch was used for experi-ment, and the results shows that with intelligent global scheduling method, and the schedule task in the same case, the aver-age efficiency is improved by 21%, and it can be widely used in application of water scheduling system.
