快速、准确的灾源识别与定位对于控制整个灾害带来的损伤具有非常重要的意义。提出一种基于视觉多状态监测技术的Android救灾平台,利用多个传感器采集系统信息,实现优势互补,数据处理时,采用小波变化的思想,在特征提取的基础上,在像素域对图像进行融合,提高图像融合的输出信噪比,从而提高灾源识别与定位的结果。采用实际灾难环境下的灾源进行实验验证,结果表明,采用该融合算法后,系统灾源识别与定位性能提高,具有很好的应用价值。

The identification and position of disaster source was very important for the disaster controlling. An optimized sal-vation platform design based on multi-state visual identity was proposed, multi sensors were used to collect information and each advantage was extracted, the wavelet transform was used to finish data processing, after the characteristic was extract-ed, the image was processed in pixel domain to improve the output SNR and the ability of identification and position for di-saster source. The actual data was used to test the ability of proposed algorithm and traditional algorithm, the result shows that with this new method, the ability of identification and position for disaster is improved greatly, and it is very useful for application.
