农业信息化技术的飞速发展,各种新型检测和测量技术也有力地推动了农业现代化发展步伐。为此,基于图像处理技术,对作物发芽样本图像的颜色进行二值化处理,保留绿色发芽区域,实现自动化统计发芽率的目的;在统计幼芽叶片过程中提出了基于四邻域编码一次遍历的方法,实现连通区域数量统计与各区域面积统计同时进行,提高了系统运行效率;同时,以VS.net2005为开发平台,开发实现了一个发芽率自动测量系统。实验表明:该方法操作简单、结果精确,为农业科技人员提供了一种新的、快速有效的测定发芽率的新方法,对促进农业现代化的进一步发展具有实际意义。

The rapid development of agricultural information technology , a variety of new detection and measurement technology has effectively promoted the development of agricultural modernization .In this paper , the germination rate of automatic statistics based on image processing technology , color filter binary image germination sample based on image processing , in order to retain the germination of regional green plumule leaves;in the statistical process is put forward at the same time to achieve connectivity region statistics and regional area statistic four neighborhood coding a traversal based, and improve the system efficiency .This system is developed on VS .net2005 platform, developed a germination rate automatic measurement system , experimental results show the effectiveness and the efficiency of this method;which provides an efficient means for agricultural science and technology personnel , but also for the development of modern ag-riculture has made the beneficial attempt .
